This year, the titles of “best application” and “best multi-device application” were awarded to Focus Friend, created by Hank Green, and Luminar, a photo editor enhanced by AI.
Focus Friend “helped us all disconnect to reconnect better”, Google praises in its press release. Through a charming virtual character, the app encourages setting aside focused periods to enjoy a break or dedicate time to a single task.
