The job posting was made public three weeks ago, but Apple’s acquisition of MayDay dates back to April 2024. This suggests that Apple has been working on this initiative for over a year, although specific details regarding the progress of this project remain undisclosed. Should Apple have any announcements to make, it is likely to occur at the WWDC on June 9, where they will unveil the new features of iOS 19 and macOS 16.
