Folding iPhone Confirmed: Launch Set After iPhone 18 Pro Release!

L'iPhone pliant serait bien lancé après l'iPhone 18 Pro
While it is expected to be revealed at the same time as the September launch event, the foldable iPhone is slated for release after the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. This update comes from Mark Gurman during a Q&A session on Bloomberg, confirming recent speculations. Gurman had previously indicated last year that Apple was targeting a September release, though a delay was possible. The big question, which Gurman did not address, is whether this inaugural foldable iPhone model will be available in sufficient quantities before Christmas.

Last week, Barclays analyst Tim Long suggested that the foldable iPhone would not launch until December, potentially leading to an unprecedented rush during the holiday season. This scenario could mirror the launch of the iPhone X, which was unveiled in September 2017 and released in November with limited availability. Initially, there were up to six weeks of waiting time at launch, but Apple managed to stabilize the situation by December.
