67W Charger, Magnetic Wireless Charging Station with Vertical Stand, Magnetic Protective Cases, Google Revamps Its Accessory Line-Up for Pixel 10.
After months of leaks, Google is set to finally unveil its new Pixel 10 series smartphones on August 20th. Ahead of the announcement event, which kicks off Wednesday at 7 PM Paris time, we have some last-minute details to share about the accessories that will accompany these devices.
A new 67W dual-port charger has been spotted on retail websites in the Netherlands and Canada. This charger will enable users to simultaneously power up their smartphone and another device without slowing down the charging process. Google’s previous model in this category provided up to 45W of power. This adapter is expected to be priced around 50 euros and will be particularly beneficial for owners of the Pixel 10 Pro XL, which may support charging up to 39W. The Pixel 10 and 10 Pro, however, are likely to be capped at 29W.

A brand-new wireless charger is also expected to be released. Named Pixelsnap, this device will feature magnetic alignment and also double as a stand to keep the smartphone upright. According to Android Headlines, this charger will be sold for 10 Canadian dollars (approximately 6 euros) less than its predecessor. A similar price reduction could be expected in France, potentially attracting more consumers to purchase it.
However, other accessories are seeing a price increase. The protective cases for the Pixel 10 are set to cost 20 Canadian dollars (about 12 euros) more than last year’s models. The reason for this increase is the integration of magnets, which are designed to enhance wireless charging and allow attachment of accessories to the back of the device. While this generation of smartphones won’t have magnets built-in natively like the iPhone’s MagSafe, this offers at least an alternative.
We will soon find out the exact prices in euros for all these accessories. Rely on Phonandroid to cover the launch of the Pixel 10.
