Latest Updates in iOS 26.4 Beta 2
The newest beta release of iOS 26.4, which was launched yesterday evening, introduces several subtle visual enhancements to the Liquid Glass interface, according to a report by Beta Profiles. Notably, the customization menu for the home screen has switched to a white text on a dark background, a change from its previous design of black text on a light background.
Refinements in Application Tab Bars
Another minor yet significant update in this version is the redesign of the tab bars in two applications, where Apple has eliminated the separate search button that was present in iOS 26.3. This adjustment first appeared in the App Store with the initial beta of iOS 26.4 and has now been extended to the Games app as well.
