Ranking Criteria of the Text-to-Image Arena
Developed by the independent body Artificial Analysis, the Text-to-Image Arena evaluates image generation models through a system of user duels. A single prompt is given to two models, and the user selects the one whose output is more convincing. Each model is assigned an Elo score (borrowed from chess), which is adjusted based on its performance during these encounters. Defeating a higher-rated model earns points, while losing to a lower-rated model results in a loss of points.
