Pdfu was also the first to flag early work on four-HomePod arrangements back in early September when tvOS 27 and audioOS 27 betas started to surface. If the rumors are right, we may hear concrete details very soon: Apple is expected to introduce the HomePod mini 2 along with other smart-home hardware as early as next week.
