Apple Gears Up for Annual Back to School Promotion
Apple is in the process of rolling out its annual Back to School campaign, as indicated by code snippets discovered by MacRumors. As expected, this promotion initially targets the United States and Canada, which generally receive such offers before the European market. Last year, the Back to School event kicked off in North America on June 17, while France saw the launch three weeks later on July 10. If you are a student, a student’s parent, a teacher, or a school employee planning to upgrade your devices this summer, it might be wise to hold off on your purchases. The promotion typically runs throughout the summer, continuing until October 21 last year.

Details of the Back to School Offer
The Back to School promotion complements existing discounts available through the Apple Store for Education, making it an especially appealing deal. Apple already offers reduced prices on products like the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, iPad Air, and iPad Pro. Additionally, customers can benefit from receiving a free accessory or a comparable discount on a more expensive item.
For purchases of a MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, or iMac during the Back to School 2025 event, customers could receive free AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation or opt for AirPods Pro 3 by paying an extra 50 euros. Other options included a Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, or Magic Keyboard. Similarly, buying an iPad Air or iPad Pro allowed customers to get standard AirPods 4 for free, noise-canceling models for an additional 50 euros, and AirPods Pro 3 for an extra 100 euros, or choose between an Apple Pencil Pro or a 139-euro discount on a Magic Keyboard.
While the specifics of the 2026 offer remain to be seen, there is anticipation around whether Apple will make special promotions for its new MacBook Neo, which is reportedly exceeding sales expectations and causing supply issues for the company.
