High Performance in a Sleek, Portable Form

When choosing a new tablet, the quality of the internal hardware is crucial, as you’ll want a device that maintains speed and responsiveness under various conditions. Samsung’s previous Galaxy Tab S11 models were already impressive in this regard, and the new Galaxy Tab S12 takes it a step further. These tablets are equipped with a state-of-the-art 3nm processor, delivering up to 19% better CPU performance, 17% better GPU performance, and an astonishing 61% improvement in NPU capabilities compared to older models.

This increased processing power ensures swift operations and robust support for demanding tasks, enhancing the performance when using Samsung’s Galaxy AI assistant software. Additionally, whether you choose the 11,600mAh battery of the S12 Ultra or the 10,600mAh battery of the S12+, you can expect up to 23 or 21 hours of usage, respectively.

These remarkable features are encased in a slim and light body; the S12 Ultra measures just 5.1mm in thickness. It also features a large 14.6-inch AMOLED 2X display with a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, and includes Vision Booster technology to dynamically adjust brightness for optimal visibility under any lighting condition. The same high-quality display is also available on the S12+, ensuring no compromise on visual performance in the more compact model.

Exceptional Features, Accessories, and More

The appeal of the Galaxy Tab S12 extends beyond its sleek design and powerful specs. For instance, the Multi Window feature lets you divide your screen into three parts to use different browsers and apps simultaneously, facilitating smooth multitasking without the hassle of repeatedly closing and reopening applications.

The enhanced capabilities of the onboard Galaxy AI make it more powerful than ever, allowing for efficient management of meetings, media, and other tasks. It can transcribe videos, translate languages, assist in photo editing, and more. Additionally, the tablet includes a six-month trial of Google AI Pro, giving you access to Gemini for quick explanations on various topics. The Gemini Notebook feature also helps in consolidating information from multiple sources into one, and even allows you to create quizzes to test your knowledge.

For those who prefer using a stylus, both S12 models include Samsung’s S Pen. Additionally, optional accessories like the Pro Keyboard or Book Cover Keyboard Slim can transform your tablet into a laptop-like device, complete with a dedicated Galaxy AI key for quick access.

And a Wealth of Software Options

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S12 series is also notable for its extensive range of supported applications and programs available through the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store. Whether it’s for work, productivity, or gaming, the S12 has you covered. Each device comes preloaded with advanced photo editing tools and AI-enhanced note-taking applications optimized for the S Pen, along with tools for digital illustration and organization.
