Companies can develop their own agents using no-code or low-code options, but also rely on a catalog of pre-built agents. Google specifically mentions Deep Research (monitoring and document synthesis), Data Insights (analysis of internal data), and customer support-oriented agents. An agent store completes the offering, allowing for the deployment of solutions validated by Google or its partners.

Secure integration into business processes

Beyond agent development, the platform is designed to integrate into the existing work environment. Gemini Enterprise connects to business documents and applications (Drive, SAP, Salesforce) and integrates natively into Workspace. In Gmail, Docs, Sheets, or Meet, AI can draft, summarize, or translate. Google particularly highlights the real-time translation of subtitles in over 100 language pairs and the upcoming feature of automated meeting note-taking.
