Apple Boosts iPhone Trade-In Value Until June 18: Upgrade Now and Save!

Apple augmente jusqu'au 18 juin la valeur de reprise de l'iPhone
As summer draws near, Apple’s strategy of maintaining stable pricing for the iPhone throughout its lifecycle is proving costly in terms of sales. This comes especially as the iPhone 17 lineup is set to be released in September, and retailers are already rolling out various promotions in preparation. In an effort to boost sales, Apple has decided to indirectly stimulate the market by temporarily increasing the trade-in values for older iPhone models.

You can view the complete list below. The increase ranges from 5 euros to 30 euros depending on the model, but it’s important to note that these are maximum values: the actual trade-in value may vary based on the storage capacity and overall condition of the iPhone.

This offer provides a viable alternative to the hassle of selling between private parties. However, it is worth mentioning that even with these enhanced trade-in values, selling your iPhone on a second-hand website could still potentially net you a much better price. Also, remember that at this time of year, significant discounts are available on the current iPhone models from various retailers: discounts ranging from 10% to 15% are common among French retailers (check our price comparison tool), and even greater savings can be found at Amazon Italy, which currently offers the iPhone 16 for 751.53 euros instead of 969 euros (a 22% discount) and the iPhone 16 Pro for 977.81 euros instead of 1,229 euros (a 20% discount).
