Claude Enhances Productivity: Now Integrates with Slack, Figma, Canva, and More!

February 17, 2026

Claude peut désormais interagir avec Slack, Figma, Canva ou d’autres outils pros

Now available on web and desktop for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise subscribers, this update elevates Claude to the status of a “super app” for professionals.

Users of Claude can now engage with third-party applications such as Canva, Slack, and Asana right from its interface, as revealed by Anthropic in a press release on Monday, January 26, 2026. This capability is enabled by the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open-source standard developed by the Californian company to connect AI applications with external systems, which has also been adopted by Google and OpenAI.

Claude Evolves into a “Super App” for Professionals

Previously, Claude was able to connect to your tools to perform tasks independently, but it was not possible to monitor these actions live or guide the process without switching interfaces. With this new update, available on both web and desktop versions, the conversational agent now integrates these tools “at the heart of the conversation,” according to Anthropic, allowing users to “track ongoing operations and collaborate instantly” to make adjustments. Similar to ChatGPT, which launched its own app store in December last year, Claude aims to increase user retention among its professional audience by transforming into a “super app” that users seldom need to leave.

In practical terms, users can, for instance, “create analytical charts” through Amplitude, craft “presentation drafts” on Canva, “convert texts and images into flowcharts” using Figma, or “generate draft messages” on Slack, lists Anthropic. Several other professional solutions have been added to the available applications roster, including Box, monday.com, Hex, and Clay. Salesforce is expected to be added “soon,” the company notes.

How to Add a Third-Party App to Claude?

Since this Monday, subscribers to the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans have been able to connect and interact with a variety of third-party applications by following these steps:

  • On the homepage of Claude, click on your profile picture,
  • Go to Settings,
  • Click on Connectors,
  • Press the Connect button, located at the top right,

Another method is available through the conversation interface: click on the + icon, then select Add Connectors. Applications that can be utilized directly within the chat are “marked as interactive”, Anthropic clarifies.
