Scraps [rating: 4/5]
Scraps is a clipboard repository and archiving application which will collect everything you copy from almost any app into one central repository for you to use later. It sounds simple and it is.
Scraps is a simple, lightweight iPhone app that provides a place to put anything you’d like to copy and that you aren’t quite sure what to do with it yet.
Within Safari for example you can highlight any text, hyperlinks or even pictures and these will become available in the Scraps repository for you to use at a later date. Once in the Scraps app you can pull-in the previously copied items and either use them directly including all links or archive them to your email for later use.
In addition you can also adjust the text, convert to plain text or add notes making the app ideal for anyone doing research or working on their iPhone needing to collate multiple amounts of data.
Editing the ‘scraps’ on mass is also easily done allowing you to select multiple ‘scraps’ and either email them or simply delete them.
Scraps is so simple to use and at 99c it’s a bargain too, Scraps has got everything to you need to manage your clipboard and while Facebook and Twitter integration would be nice it doesn’t stop this app from adding value to your iPhone or iPod touch
