There are many products from their side that resembles so much alike other products. They maybe are good at reverse engineering, but they got to do more than just that. Are you really sure you never heard of anybody claiming Samsung (or other manufacturers from there) look similar to other already well-acknowledged products ? (like, cars?)

Apple’s lawsuit against Samsung regarding form-factor was nothing but crap from the start and both sides knew it. It’s only purpose was to delay Samsung. What Samsung is doing is no different. You realize how many thousands of times large corporations pull stunts like this? All the time, the difference is this one is being reported on but it’s no different than the rest. Just bs claims from both sides to get the edge on sales. Don’t let either company fool you.

Your claim that Samsung can’t keep its mouth shut may be true, but then again, Apple can’t shut itself up either. Two “lost” iphones in a row eclipses anything Samsung has supposedly leaked in the past.

Samsung, like any other large corporation has done its share of copying. Apple is not exempt from this truth though and you’d be a naive fool to think otherwise. Apple’s CEO (at the time) had something to say that not only brought the truth of his company’s thievery to the light of day, he was actually bragging about it. “Picasso had a saying
– ‘Good artists copy, great artists steal.’ And we have always been shameless about
stealing great ideas.” -Steve Jobs-

Apple did take its business elsewhere and so far, a factory has blown up…lack of production to meet quotas…defective screens produced in significant quantities…etc.Yeah, let’s do the maths, kiddo! lol

Sure many parts are made by Samsung and how smart do you have to be, to know that
this does benefit Samsung more then it does benefit Apple. Since Samsung could not keep the mouth shot but had to unveal seecrets of a new Apple products, or copy them, Apple decidet to take the business somewhere else. Now do your maths and tell us who is a loser?

]]> By: GoSammy Thu, 22 Sep 2011 21:38:00 +0000 Apple started this. Sammy was the one feeding Apple and surely Sammy got pissed off by this ‘copycat’ claims and law suits. Remember without Sammy, Apple could not possibly have been this successful.

I am not a Sammy fan nor Apple fanboy, but I wish best of luck to Sammy. You have deserved much more than this by Apple.

]]> By: Guest Thu, 22 Sep 2011 18:16:00 +0000 Welcome to the world of desperate copycats, they (Samsung) copy everything and claim they are all their ideas & technologies. Then they become so aggressive promoting the false fact (who’s the original) and eventually it’s all theirs. Scary and ridiculous. Better not to deal with anything from them.

]]> By: Dave Thu, 22 Sep 2011 15:09:00 +0000 Crazy claim by Samsung. If they want to sue for an issue like this they can’t single out Apple. They have to also include Motorola, HTC, etc because they all use the same technology. Plus, it’s a broad use patent for the market. The only way a phone company like Verizon Wireless or ATT would use CDMA technology is if they could apply it to a number of different phones. They wouldn’t carry it just for Samsung use. It would cost them wayyyyy too much. I can understand Apple suing Samsung over look and feel, but this is just crazy. What’s next? Apple gonna sue Samsung over using LTE 4G technology? They bought many of the LTE patents from Nortel not that long ago. Ridiculous.
