We just reported that many Apple iPhone 4 customers are receiving the fourth gen iPhone today and now unboxing videos have started appearing on YouTube.

Several iPhone 4 customers were receiving updates about an early delivery. Some users have reported having activation problems while others seem to have managed activating their new iPhone 4.
