You do not need to make every effort, just install the program, set up reminders and further on it will remind you that it is time to make exercises. You can choose one of three exercises sets such as:
– improvement of vision;
– relaxation;
– prevention of short sight.
I already prepared for you list of great tips, system of achievements and a wonderful Apple Watch assistant. Also you can lock/unlock sounds, voice over, select a manual or an automatic changeover between exercises. You can learn more after installation and trial of the application.
