FT names Steve Jobs “Person of the Year”

The Financial Times, Britain’s premier business newspaper, has named Apple’s Steve Jobs their “Person of the Year 2010″. In the last 12 months Jobs has picked up the “gong” for “CEO of the Decade” twice; once from MarketWatch this year, and perviously last year from Fortune. And now he’s grabbed this title from the FT also.

The full article also has a great rundown on Jobs’ history. Well worth a read.

Most notably on how the still mercurial Jobs has mellowed somewhat in recent years, and yet has still managed to keep his and Apple’s edge.

Think Jobs deserves the accolade? Have your say in the comments…
