I was actually an ATT customer for nearly a decade, but I left and so did several family members because none of us could actually get the options we wanted without taking on, it felt like, ten years of contracts. I’m pretty fickle and I like knowing I can change my mind about a phone or minutes when it suits me and I knew prepaid would be a better option. I got my brother and my mom to join me with Straight Talk prepaid and together its $135 for each of us to have the $45 unlimited service instead of the $200 we would be paying putting this add-on. It’s really not worth it to stay with a contract carrier you can find a better price and that’s important these days.
