Android running on Apple’s First Generation iPhone

 In Apple, iPhone, News

This is just one of those stories that makes you go. Dude? What?

Well programmer David Wong, who is also known as @planetbeing on Twitter, and is a member of that venerable group “iPhone Dev Team” has finally achieved an ambition he has had since 2008.

He has booted Android on an iPhone! And has posted a video on You Tube for all to see :

It is really quite an impressive hack. Something I would be awfully proud too if I had done myself. But David does need to get out more. Really. Bless him!

Are you excited to be perhaps be able to run Android on your iPhone? Let us know in the comments.
